Purchase Options and Cancellation Policy
Some products in our store may be offered as a one-off purchase, monthly subscription, yearly subscription, or Personal Correspondence.
One-Off Purchases
When you purchase a one-off edition, you are purchasing the current monthly correspondence as a single order.
Once your order has been processed, packed, printed, personalised, or dispatched, we may be unable to cancel or amend it.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription option you select.
Monthly subscriptions renew each month unless cancelled before the next billing date. Yearly subscriptions renew annually unless cancelled before the next billing date.
Your payment details are stored securely through Shopify and/or the relevant payment provider. You will be charged automatically for each renewal unless you cancel your subscription before the next billing date.
You may cancel or manage your subscription through your customer account or by contacting us at aleksandra@thebecomingletter.com.
If a subscription payment fails, is declined, or is not completed, the relevant edition will not be dispatched.
If a subscription payment has already been processed, the relevant edition may still be prepared and dispatched.
Personal Correspondence
Personal Correspondence is a more individual form of correspondence based on the information, reflections, or written reply you provide.
If Personal Correspondence requires you to send a written reply to The Becoming Letter, the postage cost of sending that reply is your responsibility. These postage costs are not covered by The Becoming Letter, as domestic and international postage rates vary.
Once Personal Correspondence has been prepared, written, personalised, or dispatched, it cannot usually be cancelled.
