Return and Refund Policy

At The Becoming Letter, each order is prepared with care. Due to the nature of printed correspondence and paper-based products, we do not generally accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at aleksandra@thebecomingletter.com with your order details and clear photographs of the issue.

Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement or another suitable resolution. All replacement requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Missing or Delayed Orders

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the postal carrier. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by postal services, customs, incorrect shipping details, or circumstances outside our control.

If your order appears to be missing, please contact us at aleksandra@thebecomingletter.com and we will review the matter on a case-by-case basis.

Subscriptions

Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date. If a subscription payment is not completed, the relevant edition will not be dispatched.

You may cancel your subscription through your customer account or by contacting us at aleksandra@thebecomingletter.com before your next billing date.

Personal Correspondence

For Personal Correspondence, any postage costs involved in sending your written reply to The Becoming Letter are your responsibility. These costs are not covered by The Becoming Letter, as postage rates vary by location.
